What am I doing here?

What am I doing here?

I am a real estate agent so I am constantly trying to market properties and myself to consumers and am always looking for ways to achieve this.

Real estate is such a personal thing to those involved in the transaction, for buyers the fear of making the wrong choice weighs on them throughout the process and for sellers waiting for a buyer can sometimes feel like an eternity and that their lives are in limbo.

As agents we ride this roller coaster right along with you and we try to smooth the bumps as much as possible. We work with entire networks of other providers to make sure you are making the best possible choice. However the most important aspect of this relationship is communication between ourselves and the consumer.

We have to have difficult conversations in our business and they touch on emotional issues, with buyers we have to discuss financing (are you a ready, willing and ABLE buyer) When working with sellers we must critique their home as well as place a price on it’s worth.

As difficult as these conversations are when agents and consumers work together the transaction can be smooth and rewarding.

So I ask again, what am I doing here? I am here to help you buy or sale a home and to make the process as smooth as possible.
